A processing fee of 5% may apply to all refunds to cover administrative costs and payment processing fees.
Deposits paid to secure your event date are generally non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event date, in which case a partial refund may be available.
If you need to modify your event details or services:
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on circumstances.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
