Cancellation Policy

Arthelp understands that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business operations.

Cancellation Timeframes

Time Before Event Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days Full refund minus processing fee
15-30 days 50% refund
7-14 days 25% refund
Less than 7 days No refund

Processing Fees

A processing fee of 5% may apply to all refunds to cover administrative costs and payment processing fees.

Deposit Policy

Deposits paid to secure your event date are generally non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event date, in which case a partial refund may be available.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your event details or services:

  • Changes requested more than 14 days before the event are generally accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability
  • Changes requested less than 14 days before the event may incur additional fees
  • Significant changes may require a new service agreement

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on circumstances.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
