Booking and Payment

• Final payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package and will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund
• Refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms of your booking agreement

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information and requirements
• Ensuring access to the event venue at agreed times
• Obtaining necessary permits or permissions for event setup
• Informing us of any changes to event details in a timely manner

Limitation of Liability

Arthelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Arthelp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Modifications to Terms
